 Classic Caprese Bruschetta





This classic bruschetta is an elegant accompaniment to a full-bodied red wine.

Ingredients:

1 sliced baguette
2 ripe tomatoes, diced
1 clove of garlic, minced
Olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves
125g of sliced buffalo mozzarella (optional)

Instructions:

  • Toast the bread slices in a pan or oven until lightly golden.
  • Rub the garlic on each slice of toasted bread.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange the diced tomatoes on the bread.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and buffalo mozzarella (optional).
