 Energizing Mango and Orange Smoothie



This tropical smoothie is perfect to accompany a glass of fresh juice.


Ingredients:

1 frozen mango, chopped

1 peeled and chopped orange

1/2 frozen banana

1 cup (240ml) of plain yogurt (or plant-based milk for a vegan option)

1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

Ice (optional)


Instructions:


  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the freshness!
