Mini Oat Pancakes with Fruit
These easy-to-make pancakes are a delicious and healthy breakfast option to pair with your morning coffee.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (75g) of rolled oats
1/2 cup (120ml) of plain yogurt (or plant-based milk for a vegan option)
1/2 cup (60ml) of water or milk
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon of salt
Your favorite fruits for topping (sliced bananas, berries, etc.)
Maple syrup or honey for drizzling (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the oats, yogurt, water or milk, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
